Aceteroid is a proprietary platform developed, owned, and operated by ERPROOTS Private Limited.

We at Aceteroid provide services to various industries, including:

  • Pre-Migration Intelligence – analyzing SAP ECC systems, custom code, and system dependencies.
  • Code Modernization – converting legacy ABAP to S/4HANA-compliant clean-core code.
  • Post-Migration Testing – validating converted and generated objects through structured testing.
  • Code Generation – generating ABAP from functional specifications or structured prompts and other allied services.

Accordingly, Aceteroid complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws in India.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Aceteroid collects, uses, and safeguards information during the use of the tool. By accessing or using Aceteroid, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

Aceteroid may collect limited, non-personal information, including:

  • Prompt inputs such as text or code submitted during usage
  •  Anonymous usage data, feature interaction metrics, and error logs
  • Cookies for the performance of services and for the effective functioning of the Aceteroid platform, including session management, security validation, and performance optimization

Aceteroid does not collect:

  • SAP login credentials or passwords
  • Personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Sensitive system or user identity data

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • Implementation and performance of the work and services
  • Improving tool functionality, accuracy, and performance
  • Enhancing system security and reliability 
  • Analyzing anonymous usage trends to improve user experience 
  • Testing and compliance requirements 
  • Audit purposes and other requirements as mandated by applicable law 

4. Data Storage and Retention

Prompt inputs and usage data are processed in memory and are not stored persistently.

Temporary logs may be retained only for the duration necessary to support debugging, performance optimization, and technical improvements, after which they are securely discarded.

5. Data Security

Aceteroid implements industry-standard security measures to protect data integrity and minimize exposure risks. Secure transmission protocols and encryption methods are applied where applicable.

Aceteroid implements reasonable security practices including, but not limited to:

  • Secure VPN access
  • Applicable data encryption mechanisms
  • Cybersecurity monitoring systems
  • access controls and log control

Aceteroid maintains an internal incident response plan. Upon becoming aware of any cybersecurity breach or data theft, Aceteroid shall contain and investigate the incident and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Aceteroid will cooperate with the user and the client to implement remedial measures and corrective action plans. 

6. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • Request information or clarification regarding data handling practices
  • Revoke access or discontinue usage at any time
  • Report security or privacy concerns to the Aceteroid support or administration team 

7. Artificial Intelligence Tools and Disclaimer

Aceteroid may utilize automated tools, code analysis platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) assisted development environments, and machine learning models in the performance of services, including but not limited to: 

  • System analysis
  • Code migration or conversion
  • Testing automation
  • Debugging
  • Documentation assistance
  • Code generatio
  • Other core and allied activities 


Any AI-enabled or automated tools shall be used solely as assistive technologies. All outputs, deliverables, and work products generated through such tools shall be reviewed, verified, and validated by appropriately qualified human personnel prior to use and delivery to the client. 

Aceteroid does not warrant that outputs generated with the assistance of AI or automated tools will be error-free. The user and/or the client remains responsible for final review, acceptance testing, and validation before production deployment or operational use.

8. Data Breach and Notification

A Data Breach means any unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, or destruction of information or data.

In the event of a data breach affecting client data, Aceteroid shall notify the user and/or the client within 48 hours of becoming aware of such breach. Aceteroid shall provide necessary information including: 

  • The nature of the incident
  • The potential impact
  • Remedial actions taken or proposed 


Aceteroid will also assist the client or user in mitigating the impact of such incidents. The users and/or clients remain responsible for reporting such incidents to relevant authorities where required, with the consent and cooperation of Aceteroid. 

9. Updates to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or operational practices. 

Significant updates will be published on the official Aceteroid website and may also be communicated through the Aceteroid interface or official communication channels. 

10. Addressing Concerns and Escalation Mechanism

Aceteroid has designated an authority to address privacy and data protection concerns.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
